One of the best ways to see growth in our lives is by journaling. Being able to look back a year ago or even a few months – that which we were convinced was “the way,” has now given way to a deeper belief or contract with self.

Teach me your way, Lord, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name. I will praise you, Lord, my God with all my heart; I will glorify your name for ever.
